Timetec warrants to the original end user customer that its Timetec-branded products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Any claim alleging that any product fails to conform to the foregoing warranty may be made only by the customer who purchased such product and only while such customer owns such product. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, Timetec will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by Timetec on an exchange basis, and will be either new or recertified. All recertified products have been tested to ensure that they are functionally equivalent to new products.
This limited warranty covers only repair, replacement, refund or credit for defective Timetec-branded products. Timetec is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any damages or losses of any kind whatsoever resulting from loss of, damage to, or corruption of, content or data or any costs associated with determining the source of system problems or removing, servicing or installing Timetec products. This warranty excludes third party software, connected equipment or stored data. Timetec is therefore not liable for any losses or damage attributable to third party software, connected equipment or stored data.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage to the product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification. This limited warranty shall not apply if: (i) the product was not used in accordance with any accompanying instructions, or (ii) the product was not used for its intended function. This limited warranty also does not apply to any product on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, that has not been handled or packaged correctly, that has been sold as second-hand or that has been resold contrary to U.S. and other applicable export regulations.

How the Return Process Works
Ship the product in question to Timetec in its original packaging and enveloped in the original antistatic bags (product to be shipped at your expense). Timetec will not be responsible for damaged parts if you don’t follow this process. Please retain shipping information, including tracking numbers, until your account has been credited by Timetec or replacement product is received. If Timetec determines that failure of the product was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, Timetec reserves the right to charge you either (1) for parts and labor at Timetec’s then-current labor rate or (2) a 20% restocking fee. Timetec will advise you prior to assessing these charges. Any product returned to Timetec shall become the property of Timetec. All returns are subject to Timetec’s standard RMA Terms and Conditions. Returned products must be shipped prepaid and packaged appropriately (at your expense), and it is recommended that they be insured or sent by a method that provides for tracking of the package. Timetec is not responsible for any product that is lost or damaged in transit.
