Overview of the heatsink structure
STEP 1
Remove the protective films and lay the thermal pad down so it covers the tray evenly.
STEP 2
Remove the protective films and lay the thermal pad onto top section evenly.
STEP 3
Put SSD into the tray, the side with the most chips facing up, and make sure it lays in the center.
STEP 4
Align the top heatsink section over the SSD and the tray, and push them together.
STEP 5
Install the screws into the heatsink.
STEP 6
Make sure that the heatsink is close to the screw cutout but doesn’t overhang it.
